This ID is a unique code that links you and your order to your jeans. We will send this code to you via email upon receiving your jeans.
Enter ID with your orderOnce you've picked your favourite style out of our 6 staple pieces, remember to paste your ID into the 'order specifications' box - this will ensure we remake your jeans correctly!
Place and ship orderUpon placing your order, we will email you to confirm we have your jeans and ensure a smooth process.
In 3-4 weeks, we ship out your order via SF express. Please give us 3-4 weeks to ensure our team can hand-make it reliably

Do not worry if you don't want to remake a garment you already own - that is a service we offer because we acknowledge the beautiful attachment we form with our long-loved clothing!
We accept other type of rigid, non-stretch pants such as slacks that could work well with our current 6 core designs - feel free to drop us a line to explore how we can remake a piece for you!
